Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Guatemala, the shipping of your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or custom items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-day reflection period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
